12 x 90 minute sessions, over 3 months to truly embrace a new way of being. Using various tools and a holistic approach, inclusive of access to the brilliant Positive Intelligence app, I'll show you how to shut down the negative Saboteur voices, peel off the layers that are blocking your progress, and step confidently into your light. At last you will allow yourself to shine and do what you've always dreamed of doing! Once a week for the first 6 sessions to introduce the PQ 6 week programme. 6 more sessions spread out over the following 6 weeks to really embody the practice . You are welcome to call and email between the sessions with anything that comes up for you and I'll get back to you soonest. Let's do this!
